Yes, they share an ancestor, but ancestor means FAR back. You don't say ancestor if you mean uncle or grandparent.

Their hair not so much. I mean both of them have brown hair, but ash brown and honey brown are totally different breeds of brunette.

They probably are distant cousins though; Verlaine is pretty small and the White Rose and Black Rose houses seem snobbish about their ancestry... I don't think there's a lot of "new blood" in their families, if you know what I mean...

You know, aside from the colour (in some cases) Rosary, Russell, Durant and Roswell all have the same basic eyes; same shape and even similar expressions. If these were real people you could try that, but they're not, they're line drawings.
