Summon Night, An RPG for the GBA?! Options

So far, I still like the first Summon Night better. Although, I haven't gotten all that far into the game yet, so it might get better as the game progresses. Mind if I ask how long this game is compared to the original?

Also, this is apparently the game cover for the first game, where the girl is shown holding a bow. Is this purely for decorational uses, or is a bow actually available in the Japanese version of Summon Night?

that is the third game. and yes that third game has bows. can be used for long-range attacking and in field,shooting targets to get various ores.

I just got all four of the swords. Going to go teleport to random places and level for a while.

That fishing minigame is frustrating. And I keep on catching frogs.

Hurray! I've finished SN2 on saturday plus the "as you call secret bosses" on 16 hours and ~40 minutes.
It seems that the first SN lasted longer...

Actually the noble set isn't the strongest. It's the ethereal set (from the bushido scrolls which are from the monkey extreme(62000 HP). but you can get one free (sort-of) from the upgrading salesman.

Actually they are really just superpowered versions of the normal bosses (i.e.Lobsta Dragon has 6000-9000 hp/(I think) and lobsta supreme has 42000 hp. quite a difference!) but they always drop a rare material.(i.e. the Ice Doll (super ice golem) always drops an angelic ice sclupture.)

And I repeat: which minigame?! there are several

Here are the ones I've unlocked:
Rival rush(human enimies)
Boss rush(the non-human enimies)
Cameo battle(play as magna or toris)
and Rabbit rampage(play as rampage rabbit)
or are you talking about the fishing minigame which is avaliable from the start.

Well in theory you could but to unlock any extras period you have to beat it at least once....

You have to finish various tasks such as maxing out the craftknight rank to legend, making one of every weapon, and a complete beastiary.

the expensive fishing rod (1500 points) and gourmet clams, then you must throw the bait with the maximum force (the bar turns white) and must press A right when the floater sinks (very hard), then reel, reel, reel and voilá you manage to get one BOSS fish (worth 500 points and fills 2 spaces in the "inventory").

I've managed to get him sometimes ^^.

Yea I've heard of that one, but I don't remember catching him since and honestly I don't know why I mean I have all the "requirments" but for some reason the best thing I can get is the koi(60pts ea.)....

No! That would be impossible in 16 hours (i guess).
I've just finished the story part (primary goal), the rest it's "do whatever you want and try to complete stuff".
I've only managed to:

Kill all bosses except the "ultimate" rampage rabbit.
Almost finished the bestiary (i only need 5~7 monsters to complete).
Gather all lucky medals.
Catch the boss fish around 3 times.
Items ... i got plenty but not all.
All weapons ... i wished ... my craftknight rank is only famous...

I'll complete the game when i don't have nothing better to do...

Mine is legend (highest)
as for the weapons the hardest IMO will be the noble drill...
1. I terrible with drills, and guren-goura is kinda tough...
2. In order to get last un-lockable (don't know what it is.)I need to finish all wep. tech.

with 2 monoshifts and a powerful gaurdian beast (has at least 3 of final move i.e. ExlEd-omnimissile Dinah- Romantic Bomb etc.. )he shouldn't be all that hard...
