I shall hide a secret that only one knows.
A light so faint within me it barely glows
Like a candle of softest scent that tickles my nose
Only fond memories of the summertime,
of the bright skies in my eyes and sand between my toes.
Or perhaps the tune of Auld Lang Syne
Something comforting that brings me peace of mind.

this small one, i dont even know if it rhymes, is a song from my story.

the heroine Annalot sings it while taking a bath, its small and goes like this

...while she had her bath, she was singing a small song. a old song her mother used to sing her when bathing.
it went like:

i wash away
the dirt of the day
i wash away
and let it astray
the dirt i today
i took in my way
tonight i wash it away.
