Fake difficulty or real difficulty? Fake difficulty is probably I Wanna Be The Guy.
Real difficulty for me is probably Defiant of Shrine Maiden, but that's probably more because the language barrier GREATLY serves as an issue in this game because of the sheer amount of items this game has. ~~~ [20:15] Irysa: I hate myself
