Hello!
My name is Xephyr, and, well, I'm new here. You may be familiar with my brother, Neon_the_Chao. He got banned like an idiot. >_> But he said this was a cool site, and, being a huge fan of Riviera myself, I just had to join. Uh, not much to say for myself... I'm a lot like my brother, except more rational. >_< I enjoy anime, manga, and video games, as well as drawing. Anyhoo, I hope I can be everyone's friend! ~~~  |

1. People being mean is something you'll have to get used to. Like, 70% of the people here are mean, and everyone in the past who couldn't get over that ended up leaving at some point.
2. By the way, guys, his IP isn't even the same as Neon's. Not that that necessarily means anything, but I just thought I'd throw that out there. ~~~  |
