I've realized while playing that I actually know a few of the Riviera characters' voice actors... by who else they've played rather than by names.

For instance, Cierra (and this is really noticable)'s voice actress also played Cagalli from Gundam SEED and Destiny. I'm fairly sure that it was her "awwww..." line that got her the part (so cute~); I was surprised to hear Cierra sounding so... tough-girly.

Also, Ein's voice actor played Keiichi in the Ah! My Goddess movie's English dub. (He put the wrong stress on Belldandy's name too, just like he does with Ledah's.)

As for the Japanese voice actors, correct me if I'm wrong, but Ursula's seiyuu is Kikuko Inoue, correct? She did the voiceover on the trailer, and she was also the voice actress of Fabula, one of my favorite characters from Final Fantasy: Unlimited.

Just mentioning.

Does anyone else know any of the voice actors' other roles?

Not many people are that extreme. Sauce might be, but most people draw the line at honorifics, and using Japanese terms in place of common English words. I once used "seiyuu" and "voice actor" in the same conversation to differentiate between Japanese and English voice actors.

There's no necessity in communication to use Japanese words the way "other forums" do. As well, to say that it's stupid for us to ostracize people for doing something that has existed on other forums is like saying that we should be able to kick cats because some countries don't have laws against that.

And stop being so dramatic. Where did anyone throw eggs on you for something that happened "nearly a year ago"?

Also, if using Japanese is dropping a nuke, then typing "u" for "you" must be going back in time and killing everyone's ancestors, because people may be chided for using Japanese, but it's nowhere near as severe a reaction as laziness in typing. We just get more of the first kind, and that kind is usually more self-asserted, which leads to larger arguments.

Think of it this way. If you come in to the chat, I would still play games with you, but I would not do the same with Crimson.
