More like a turn-based strategy, with real time strategy elements, RPG, and danmaku.
Turn-based in you need to finish the maps in a certain number of turns, real time in all action is in real time, RPG because units well level and you have that VIT thing too, and danmaku because you need to dodge bullets to keep your timer from ending prematurely (which will result in a turn going by faster then it should).
