tri-Ace RPG for 360.
http://www.square-enix.co.jp/undiscovery/ I didn't realise they'd updated the site till today. Looking pretty awesome. It's got some music and pictures. Read up on some interviews, they talk about the seamless world and stuff like "obstacles" during combat, an example being maybe a tsunami.
