Parts for gaming PCs really aren't THAT expensive.
I can get the stuff for something that'll run pretty much everything short of Crysis (maybe even Crysis on mid low settings) for prolly less than 400 bucks if you know where to look and you build it yourself. Nothing significant compared to a console at any rate. People who say stuff is near the 4 digits are insane, because buying the absoloutely latest hardware is retarded and unnecessary.
