Atlus is releasing Dokapon Kingdom for Wii and PS2.

Atlus actually do enough copies, they just don't sell enough off to retail.
After the retailers have sold out completely, Atlus start selling the games over EBAY at inflated prices, under different aliases. That's how they make money off their niche market.
