Finally, after a year of waiting. TasoFro has finally released the 10.5th Touhou Project (known as Scarlet Weather Rhapsody)

How so?
For a game like SWR, having no time limit lets people fly around all over the stage constantly evading just to piss you off, and nothing penalizes them for it. ~~~ [13:27:43] [Sabator] peter would be the worst batman ever though.
