Is there anything in Riviera that could have been done without?

Hust curious, would it ruin the game if there were some sort of storage area to keep extra items?
(Or the abillity to return to Elendia for free bread?) or some sort of Arena option, to use a saved file and do battle with previously fought enemies and bosses (something like Kingdom Hearts' Colisseum; where you could pick which enemies you can fight). Without loosing Item durability of course -Dusty |
