I didn't mean that! It's true that the whites who first promote democracy....no, it's the greeks first, (Then, the whites studied greek philosophy, renaissance to be simple...the examination of the hellenistic era philosophy,) I'm not saying that whites were dominant in the human society! It's just they are the one that found back the democracy after lost for about 1500 years ago....
History tells us that who's the fastest will get it's prize... (In this case, reputation...) See Thailand, Rusia, Turkey and other else....They're not conquered by Brits, Spaniard, Danish...etc,etc (Sorry, American still in the dawn of its wake, so bye-bye) but still at last they end up being democracy. (Exception to Rusia, because after monarchy they changed into communism.. )
Why must you say that Rai? Although Malaysia is a democracy (Constitutional monarchy...) country but it's not as liberal as the Europeans did. Censorship... FRU<---Stands for Federal Rioting Unit and other else... It was democracy, Malaysian style, cast for our style...homebrew. In the conservative Malaysian life, saying something fiery will make the people angry. (Especially multi-cultural country, like us) In Europe, saying like that can be tolerated, but in our country it can't, just can't.
But still, it uses DEMOCRACY! Except it was fitted into Malaysian people living style....
Each civilization have their own preferred government style, we cannot push them like stone blocks, it will destroy them. They MAY use Democracy, but it may different from other country, this was to fit in the needs of the people in THE country, not their neighboring country or the universal one. (TIS IS DEMOCRACY, MUST FOLLOW 100% DEMOCRACY LIKE WE DID, OR ELSE IT WILL NOT BE A DEMOCRACY <---I better eat some stone rather than following what this statement said.)
Somehow, nation that doesn't use Democracy will be categorized as 'BAD' but many of the democracy countries in fact, was in chaos rather than their communist counterparts.... hmmmm, a conundrum.

 Governance is frickin hard.
