Arrived yesterday early in the morning. The mail man woke me up. D:
But now I can play RiviWSC! And I think I found some undocumented differences:
  • When multiple targets are attacked (Ein's Slash, Devastator...) the damage numbers don't pop up all at once but are delayed. Like with Ein's Slash, the enemy to the left takes damage first and then the right one, once the attack hits him.
  • Life bars don't fill/empty at the same speed. The speed they rise/fall increases the more damage is healed/dealt.
  • Enemy breakouts look different. The targeted player character is still onscreen, there is a different fadeout effect and it looks different from characters' breakouts in general.
  • Area 1-3 (?, the one with the cave and the boulder and Hector) looks different. While on the GBA it appears to be a normal cave, in the WSC version the wall is very thin and looks like it's made of a lot of small squares. Also has a lot of holes.

Some games are played horizontally, using the X-buttons as d-pad and the A and B ones as action buttons (and Y for menus or something). But other games (for example vertical shooters, puzzle games...) require you to rotate the console by 90° which turns Y into the D-pad and X into the fire buttons.
