Every Pokemon must have at least one hacked move. The tournament ranking will be determined by points, and the highest-rankers will battle for a custom Member Group.
Points will be awarded by creativity, originality, humor, and basic "it goes together well"-ness. IVs will be random unless there's a thematic reason for them to be set. Or Hidden Power.
