Was browsing through Play-Asia and saw this:

I correct myself. The first word could mean 'arrangement', 'promise', 'rule', or 'convention'. So I think it just says 'Riviera: The Promised Land'? I'm not sure the the third word is. Anyway, I doubt it's the US version I've never seen a Japanese word in a US title (Minus a few maybe) so it's more likely it could just be what it says...
