WTF do I mean? This SNK game lets players use the stylus to touch cute girls on the "lower" screen to determine if the said girls are witches:

Not every character in it is a loli, you know. Besides, there are loli hentai titles that make it here without editing.

Another thing, doesn't the inclusion of Lina's path in Riviera cater to the pedo/loli crowd, even though it's nothing explicit, with the exception of the bath scenes?

Lina's inclusion would be for the sake of romance. Sure, there's a nude scene of her with a bunch of other girls, but it's a fanservice extra and not a necessity to the plot of the game itself.
