Since the item description (both in game and on LCN) state nothing that even resembles what its use is, what do you use this thing for?

But no one can equip the letter.
How do you get the sealed purse, anyway? O_o;; Are you supposed to move Roswell to the bandit village in that BF or something? I'm trying to imagine a scene in which you obtain that, and can't figure out how else a purse would wind up sealed than your character or some NPC sealing it there... ~~~ |
