QUOTE(Lord Ryo @ Mar 18 2007, 07:05 PM)

If it looks like a woman, walks like a woman, and talks like a woman, then chances are; it's a woman.
It's just an old saying, one I didn't make up. But it fit the description so I used it. And as I said, CHANCES are...I meant just that.

Ursula is hardly wearing anything, except bandages. Unless you call that dressing up as "woman-like."
I'll see a women bound in ribbons before a man. If you had to class the style, it would easily be for a female.
QUOTE
A living creature and a spirit taking a form that looks like a female are not the same thing. Also, a living creature would have to be able to reproduce and as Sturm mentioned WAY earlier in the thread, neither Seth or Ursula do.
Let me say it again incase you did read it the first time. "So at the very least, they are assuming females
in their own minds." True, to be considered female you'd have to be able tp reproduce, but THEY TOOK ON THE FORM OF females, and female is a gender. So yes, "technically" they're not females in the fact that they're incapable to reproduce, yet at the same time having breasts, feminine faces, and soft spoken voices makes them female-like. I agreed and said they were of neither sex, but stated that they have the appearance of females.

So now all young "female-like" characters are male or genderless, I see...
There are many characters experiencing gender challenging issues, Seth and Ursula in this case. So posting another example doesn't prove any theories.
