What exactly does 'GEO card in water' mean? And is it worth equipping for a map with water of should I use it for morale?

What do you mean by 'geo cards' anyway?
Forgot about that level, I've been too lazy to get past 36 again. The point is, if you could get the thing like, about 3 BF sooner... It'd be a hell of a lot more useful. ~~~  |
