Any advice on the best way to defeat Rosary on Battlefield 8-2 (if one should at all)? If I don't beat her here, will I still be able to get the lucky broom on BF 10?

No, that's stupid. Steal from Mizer, Rosary and Russell at the same time, or make them drop the items with LUK (or Four Leaf Clover.)
