I must be weird, or I want to steal the item he's holding without killing him so I can get Dragon Kill since I didn't pick Roswell, but anyway, does Mizer appear anywhere before the area where the warp shoes are necessary for that card, but after battlefiend 12?
(Mizer's equip IS the warp shoes, right?) |

If the character that kills him doesn't have less LUK, then he drops the item.
