Mizer Appearances?, (concerning dragon kill) Options

I must be weird, or I want to steal the item he's holding without killing him so I can get Dragon Kill since I didn't pick Roswell, but anyway, does Mizer appear anywhere before the area where the warp shoes are necessary for that card, but after battlefiend 12?

(Mizer's equip IS the warp shoes, right?)

You didn't steal the shoes? Well too bad. If you had Rosary in your party, you might as well forget about Dragonslayer. But anyway, the card is terribly overpowered vs Dragon units. If you add the dragonslayer bonus onto your stuff, you can actually deal over 5000 Morale's worth of damage at base power alone. You could even do 9999 if you pumped it high enough. But that is only on rare occasions. As for Mizer, he has lots of shoes to exploit (X*) But problem is, he appears in some inconvenient spots so remember to keep your units placed in sections you can easily ward him off. Because he is a bowman, he is easier to kill but if you kill him too fast, you might not be able to get his item.
