How did you split stats/EXP for your characters?, May contain character spoilers. Options

So, on your first play-through, how did you split experience and MVP stat bonuses to your characters.

For my game, I tried doing it evenly amongst every character. Everyone was normally at the same level or a level behind, and no one's stats were a far-cry above someone else.
Then it happened. I don't know how, it just did.

Milanor became a GOD.

He was at Lv. 17 by the high thirty battlefields, and ALL his stats had 6 big stars. I don't know when he was gaining all that EXP or stats, but it just happened.
Everyone else is so underlevelled now. -Tears-

Meh, Crusade kills all. It is no Genocide.

Yeah, because you can still lose using Genocide, but Crusade is a guaranteed win.

However, I do not follow when Sturm says that she can become the best character with max stats at level one...

Yggdra class changes, her stats raise by a certain amount automatically, like Pokemon evolution. If you have her stats at a certain amount (I know you 30 or 36 for LUK) at that time, they will max after class changing.
