So defensive for someone who seems so unsure.
ATK also has to do with morale damage calculation. TEC is one of the factors deciding how much charge you gain at the beginning of a clash ([TEC+1]/MOV), and saying TEC is how much damage a unit does in a charge is extremely misleading; it seems to be far more based on LUK and the random than anything.
