If the items are useless, then at least steal it to deal +30% POW damage but then again, if it's useless, then there's no point in breaking the item if it gives no effect or stat up. Unless you're bringing up the item which gives the enemy unit stat ups, but doesn't give diddly squat when you try to use it.
Of course that's what I mean. Useless for you, good for your enemy. An example would be

There's only one map I can think of where Milanor can't go up against the enemy so I just breezed through the map ignoring the enemies as it was one of those 'reach the flag' maps. Yes, the Fencer would max out his TEC way before Milanor under normal circumstances but getting higher LUK is really hard, even if you're using Nietzsche or someone with a similar LUK stat to get items to drop so getting higher TEC in order to steal the items is more convient.
I'd really like to debate you on the LUK, but I don't know the Fencer's level twenty LUK, out of all the classes, he's the only one I don't have. :/ Anyways, I believe you're forgetting BF33 and BF34.

I guess they must really hate that Assassin. >_>
Either the Assassin or Roswell.

The max possible strength is so ridiculously powerful however and not many units can withstand an uncounterable initial attack + max possible strength in attack power. Of course, it could happen the same in reverse, but that's what card skills are for.
YOU FORGET THE MORALE DAMAGE CALCULATION FORMULA; the Assassin has HORRIBLE level twenty ATK. Only 22. That's
really bad. The Hunter does a little better, with 36, but the latter is still up to a 20% reduction in damage, the former up to 40%. Also, 22 and 36 ATK really isn't "ridiculously powerful."
