What is that tool I read members use to make icons(I think its called photoshop)and where can you download it?

If I recall correctly, it is also possible to buy Adobe Photoshop in a pack, together with Adobe Imageready - allows for animation and other stuff of which I have no idea what at this present moment. Although, it's not really necessary if you don't work too much with pictures - obviously... - since it's not exactly cheap.
