No one cares about my story, but I found a rather useful piece of equipment.
Yumina's Diary (ユミナの日記). It puts LUK up by 4, and only lasts one battle, but the effect is what counts: No Retreat Penalty. Meaning, when you die, you do not get Zero Reset (all your EXP removed). Well, I suppose it's really awesome if you have to sacrifice a unit. Which does occur. At least in my game where I take the easiest route possible, which sometimes requires "sacrifices."
