You're posting off-topic again. Stop it.
Also, if God existed, that person would still be affected, if only through interacting with people and things affected by God. The belief doesn't matter. It's the fact that matters.

Is that like saying (back to your spirit example) The spirit is contained within the box. The spirit affects the box by being inside it. The box is affecting me by being in my way. I am affected by the spirit, if only through interacting with the box that is affected by the spirit.
If God doesn't exist, however, I still believe in God, which makes me feel like God is affecting me. Just because I affect someone else, it doesn't mean God is affecting them through me, especially if God doesn't even exist. God still matters to me, because I belive that he does.
