I didn't say it as an assumption. I gave a PROOF for it. And I repeated it in my last response to you.
Here it is again: "To have a purpose, it must matter. To matter, its existence must affect something."
Simple enough. If P then M, and if M then A. Therefore, if P then A. Therefore, if not A then not P. It's basic logic.
Definition of Matter: Your existence matters if there is a difference in the rest of a system between whether you exist or not.
