Loli hentai is a confusing subject legally. One reason laws against child porn were made is because it's technically photographic evidence of a crime. Obviously a very sick crime. But with loli hentai, it's different. It's just a drawing. Likely (and hopefully) fictional. But it's not going to be stricken down, because he wasn't arrested for downloading the hentai, that's what he got in trouble for (he was at an unemployment office downloading it, they found out). He got arrested when they found he had REAL child porn on it too.
