So there are gods, angels and peons. But what does "Naughty Children" mean? I´ve seen it a few times and I was wondering... Did they always have a high warning level or do they post evil things or what...?

"Naughty Children" is the banned user group.

No. I saw one of this help_seraphim55´s posts when I noticed the "Naughty Children" text below his avatar. I was wondering what it means. Around 10 minutes later I wanted to post the question here. I checked his profile to be sure my eyes didn´t play a trick on me but now he was a peon.
Maybe his ban time was over...? |

No, his ban time is not over.

When viewing the member list, I noticed two other member groups: Grunt and Validating. What do they mean?

Validating is unused, since we don't have email validation enabled, although we should with the amount of idiots that put in fake emails and then enable email notification of new messages.
