Finally, after a year of waiting. TasoFro has finally released the 10.5th Touhou Project (known as Scarlet Weather Rhapsody)

Buggy, Youmu doesn't have a low guard break, fly system is fucking broken, certain weather effects ruin matches, no time limits, AYAYAYAYAYAYAYA

How so?
For a game like SWR, having no time limit lets people fly around all over the stage constantly evading just to piss you off, and nothing penalizes them for it. ~~~ [13:27:43] [Sabator] peter would be the worst batman ever though. Even Suika's ground dash has a limit, but you won't see it often because in the hands of a decent player, all Suika has to do is keep you pinned into a corner with melee and bullets and then punish you endlessly for not grazing out of the corner into melee.

PPA, China was added into IaMP as an afterthought anyways. An afterthought which made ZUN mad. :|

It was added without his consent, and ZUN played a huge role in balancing stuff in IaMP, which is why China is so bottom tier.
