I THINK people are interested in this, since there are so many big names involved... But anyway, it's fun, and it's apparently coming to the US in August.

It has cute monkey sounds, strange creatures, large breasts, sexually frustrated little boys, shadowy shadows, good music, Ian Gillan, mythical beasts, robots, lame excuses, turtles, robot scorpions, crab monsters, Torippo, Akira Toriyama, loud dramatic screams, Deathroy, screwing over Europe on languages, old guys, clever girls who could be seen as jerks, Nobuo Uematsu, flying fish, flying robot fish, punching paintings, big fingers, zombie robots, samurai robots, Mecha General Szabo, giant robots, lots and lots and lots of robots, scary moon beams, Defense of the Wagons (it's like DotA!), Hironobu Sakaguchi, cute status effects, and people who post abhorrently large lists.

You people better post here, or I'm going to be disappointed. To interest you, here is the official site. There is a trailer there that you should be watching, and some pictures that you should be looking at.

Val and Endly are the only others "on the site" that I know of that even have a 360.

The boss before you enter the area with the lava is awesome. Seriously, it's so vicious! I died a lot, and got to use a lot of Real attacks. This is what I want to see more of, but... the boss inside was so weak. It had such little HP and did less damage than the boss at the entrance.

and OMG SZABO NENE IS TURNING YOU INTO A ZOMBIE YOU HAVE TO STOP THIS. *cries* ;~;

On another note, I REALLY hate this dungeon. The rotating rooms only confuse me, and it took me ages to figure out where I needed to go.

I just downloaded the Blue Dragon anime trailer on Xbox Live, and oh god it's awful but I'm still going to watch it. :(
They fucked with the characters so much. It wouldn't be much spoilers in telling you this, but Shu, Jiro and Kluke know each other from the beginning, but, well, that's not how it happens in the anime, it seems. And Marumaro's voice isn't screechy enough. And Nene seems like your typical, comedic, senile, retarded sub-villain now, instead of the overpowering evil he is in the game.
I can't tell if they ruined Szabo yet, but they damn well better not have.

They already ruined Deathroy. They cannot be forgiven for anything else that's wrong, because of that. :(

Watched the Trailer. I think it looks good, too bad it's just for the X360...
I like the characters. Toriyama was a big part of my childhood.

Oh, I'm near the end and HOLY SHIT.
Something really fucking epic and rather unexpected happens right near the end. I kind of want to describe the scope and range of the event, but I fear that might be spoilers. It was big, I'll put it that way. And really unexpected.

Anyways, I hear that the anime is out and isn't complete crap, but I'll wait until I see it.

I heard wrong.
The Blue Dragon anime is worse than the Disgaea anime.

I'M ADDING ON
Okay. Unlike Disgaea, which had terrible animation and ruined the general story and such, yet retained the general character personalities, the Blue Dragon anime goes and throws it all out the window. First, whereas in the game Shu, Kluke and Jiro all know each other prior to their introduction, and are trying to defend their tiny village from attack, Shu and Kluke are only familiar with each other (and are about six years younger), and Jiro is traveling with Zola. And Zola is some mystic or shit like that. Zola's shadow has a weapon now. And the method of obtaining shadows has changed drastically (not going to say how it was in the game because it's kind of spoilers). There's also a new character who seems to be there merely as the sex object (why not use Zola, considering she's fucking stacked [at least in the game, they flattened her out a bit in the anime]) and seems to have a Hippo shadow. For some reason Nene wants the children to be gathered up in each village attacked. Also, for some reason, Nene has his own kingdom instead of hoards of robots. And Kluke is a mechanical genius. Then some bad voice acting, a terrible opening and ending, and it's just terrible in general. :(
