As a huge fan of this amazing series, I was wondering if anyone else liked them.

I'm guessing at least a few people do. Almost every internet-minded game fan seems to. ._.;;

I like Zelda. The Princess, too. She always wears that pink dress. It's neat.

I like the games. Some of them! Mostly 2D ones, but I only say that because out of the two 3D Zelda games I've played, I've only liked one.

What two were they? In my opinion the worst 3D Zelda was Majora. - not counting the accursed CDi games...let's forget about those... ¬¬

I wish I had a Wii, then I could play Twilight Princess. The GAME near my house doesn't have the GC version. ;_;

I played Wind Waker (which I loved) and Twilight Princess.

You didn't like Twilight Princess? I only played the start of it, but I thought it was pretty good. ._.

Each to their own, eh? =3

The Wind Waker had amazing graphics, gameplay, but the story was lacking in my opinion, same thing with Twilight Princess (though its story was better then Wind Waker).

I enjoyed OoT and the GB games the most

Twilight Princess ftw! Although the last two dungeons are a bit disappointing.

I like Majora's Mask.

I found a trailer for the upcoming Zelda game for DS- The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. The graphics are superb. It's confirmed to be a direct sequel of Wind Waker, so we know the story isn't over.

Doesn't look like it from the videos.
And a follow up to a 3D game with a 2D one would be kind of weird.

According to IGN, "The game features similar cel-shaded stylings for its 3D engine, with traditional top-down gameplay (using a hovering and semi-mobile camera in a locked perspective) and a map along the bottom screen."

http://ds.ign.com/objects/694/694756.html

So I guess it might be a mix of both classic 2D gameplay and some 3D mechanics mixed in, with 3D graphics.

Well, two problems; I don't listen to IGN and I more readily believe what I observe than what I'm told.

Seems like a 2D game to me. I'm not very interested in it.

Twilight Princess also was a bit short - I've seen the ending in around 36 hours and in ~41 hours, I'd gotten all the heart pieces.

ENDING SPOILER!!
