"His master had ordered him to ravage the ancient city of Athens. His great cleaver of a weapon cutting a mighty swath through the finest soldiers the old city had to offer. This much was clear: no human could match power. Even the mightiest of sorcerers would tremble in fear at the sight of him. The Holy Grail was within his grasp, all that stood in his way was a simple wormhole from the future, and the ancient city of built in the honor of the goddess Athena.
Or that WAS all that stood in his way. A warrior colored in white and red paint stepped into view. Carving demons and humans in the same ferocious might as he. Who was this warrior? His demonic strength rivaled his own. His complexion and shape were familliar. He was a Spartan. But this confused Hercules. He had fought Spartans before, tought from the age of five to fight as soldiers, they were a force to be reckoned with in the ancient world. A group of 300 of them fought off a million Persians at Thermoply. They were still Human. They were ultimately defeated. Losing not to the Persians, but to their humanity. This Spartan was somehow different..... His two blades were chained together, leaving chaos and destruction in their wake as he killed every creature in his sight relentlessly. Berserker gleaned with joy and the will to fight. Here! he thought, is the warrior worthy of my skill. The two warriors eye's met, nothing else needed to be said. They hefted their great weapons, and the battle begun........" ~~~ "Wheels within wheels..."

Kratos is cool. he has TWO swords. plus, he's amazing with it. that style is the kind of stuff i've always wanted. twirling around in a whirlwind of blades.

The fight was over. Victory was clear.
As he stood over his victims battered corpse, memories of his fallen family came flying back to him. "By the Gods, what have I become?" Kratos's newest victim was the strongest he had ever faced.....However, that mattered little, Athens was still burning and Hades was still at the center of all this chaos. Kratos picked up his blades, and continued his fight. His fight against madness. ******** Berserker! What are you doing? GET UP! HEAL YOUR WOUNDS! YOUR JOB ISN'T FINISHED YET! But his masters calls couldn't reach him; as Berserker's fallen corpse disappeared into nothingness. ~~~ "Wheels within wheels..."
