I don't vote when I submit icons. (No matter how many icons there are, if I'm submitting, there's never a Mod's Choice, which is basically my favorite out of icons that didn't place.)

Mari is only barred from entering Week 11--after that she can keep on entering stuff. (She can even get added to the Hall of Fame more than once!)
