Xenoblade ~ Final boss is available, but I'm gathering all of the best stuff and fighting everything before I beat it. Probably going to take a while.

Kirby ~ Beat it the other day with my friend. Decent, though none of it was particularly HRNNNNNNNNG aside from one of the last energy spheres. No idea if we're doing Extra mode together, if we don't I'll beat it over winter break or something.

Rayman Origins ~ Amazing game, would definitely be worth buying. Got at least halfway through on my own file, and finished the first three worlds with friends. "Friends."

Touhoumon ~ Punched out the E4 with a ten level lower team. Might run around catching everything I can next time I play.

Growlanser's final mission is still taking forever. Probably won't Xillia/ARF again for a week or two. Oh, and I played/beat Skyward Sword about two weeks ago. WW's still my favorite.

Corpse Party - About 30 minutes into the game. Gotta say, this game is pretty interesting.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations - Just beat this two days ago. Fantastic game. The addition of the bomb crafting made stealth and combat a lot more fun and a little less formulaic. The climbing system is also a lot smoother and the 100% synch conditions on the memories were not as unreasonable as some of the ones in Brotherhood. I won't spoil anything but the story was still confusing as hell by the end (at least to me it was, though I never finished AC1 or AC2 so that might be it). Maybe I'll understand it the second time around. Definitely worth buying/playing if you're a fan of the series.

FE: Path of Radiance - Since the Wii broke in the middle of RD I decided to go back to this one. My Ike sucks and Soren is much slower than usual, but my Oscar is a monster and Boyd doesn't look like he's going to turn out too badly either.

Since a German friend (Oerg866, if anyone knows him from Retro) built me a kickass new computer a few weeks ago, I dug up an Europa Universalis III: Divine Wind campaign I had started long ago but then abandoned since my laptop runs the game at a pace of several seconds per day even on the highest speed setting, and since I would need to wait 50 more years until I would gain cores on some regions I had conquered from my neighbours via complicated schemes of dragging them into impossible wars so as to give me a casus belli on them when they declined my call to arms and was being A Formal Request‐bombed for by the Holy Roman Emperor, the prospect just seemed too boring back then.
Now that I can run the game at full speed however, decades seem to pass in the blink of an eye, and I finally resumed my old campaign, whose save I had copied over. This was roughly the extent of my realm at that point:
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695495...86E17EE6229066/ (I originally started out as a 2‐province‐minor with just Köln and Westfalen)
A few centuries of expanding deep into France, colonising North America, swallowing neighbouring German minors, conquering parts of South‐East Asia, and trying to stay out of major conflicts by ensuring that there were enough small buffer states between me and any other power, and by only expanding in the HRE if the Emperor elected came from a weaker country (i.e. Savoy and not Bohemia), it now looks like this:
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695649...38EB73EED9E140/
(Plus overseas possessions:
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695649...ECA13F751B541C/
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695649...D0FDC537ADF3EF/
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695649...C81D9F46645696/
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695649...99ED22284B65E/)

Most recently, I manned up and finally confronted Bohemia, the only country in Europe I considered to be a serious threat to me. Having seized a bit of land in the Caucasus to be able to attack from both size, for the Czech lands extended, frighteningly, all the way from the Baltic Sea to the edge of Anatolia, I declared war on one of its vassals, and thus launched the offensive. However, though mighty in size, I won most battles with ease, and my armies soon had overrun almost the entire realm, and those of Bohemia's allies—I did not bother to summon mine.
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695649...5D03BBC50F7F77/
In the peace treaty, I demanded a handful of provinces for myself, but more importantly shattered its empire into bits, demanding the release of several nations, robbing it of a good third of its territory and cutting the rest into two. I now proudly consider myself the sole hegemon of Europe; the only other larger (but militarily vastly inferior) country that could pose some threat is Castille, but they are allied with me so I have nothing to fear from them. Especially not if they already demand my aid if they are merely waging war against the single‐province leftover of the Cherokee nation in their colonies.
http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/59695649...C9F3B6F0EADF7D/
I now plan to spend the rest of my campaign rounding the edges of my empire and cleaning up a few of the smaller states on my borders, most of which I had left alone in order to have a buffer against Bohemia, which is now no longer necessary, although, just to be sure, I will start another war against them once the armistice has expired so as to completely scatter its remains.
I won't form the German nation though, as I did in my previous session. (Not that I could, since it's already 1791 and there's not enough time left any more to gain cores on the few regions not in my possession already.) When I did this the last time, my care for my empire diminished. Playing as my anachronistic homeland the Electorate & Archbishopric of Cologne is something probably only I always do, and I am emotionally invested in my little realm. Germany, however, can be formed by any German nation in the game; it is, if you will, generic, it's no longer something I can relate to, it no longer felt like it was my very own empire. Furthermore, most of the regions you need to own as a requirement for forming Germany lie in Central Germany (or, after WW2, Eastern Germany). Still thinking that the reunification 1990 was a mistake, I am somewhat offended by this. For me, the heart of Germany is in the West, on the banks of the Rhine. But if this motherland of mine is, by the game's definition, irrelevant to Germany, what point is there in submitting my Rhenish empire to such a Berlin‐centric, east‐leaning construct? (Yeah, I understand that this is probably the way it is to give Brandenburg an advantage when it comes to forming Germany, but I still consider it a bit insulting.)

Holy shit, PPA. Holy shit.

Dark Souls - Still haven't finished a single playthrough, I was trying to get as many trophies as possible. Going through Dukes Archive's now, not much left to do.

UMVC3 - Online Player matches. I need to get better with Vergil. And Strider.

Also my mean PC doesn't want to let me run Bastion ;_;

Growlanser ~ Finally finished it. I got to the final boss around level 52, but then it was like 'lol I'm a spider' and I couldn't beat it. So I went allll the way back out of the dungeon, finished the coliseum and went through the bonus dungeon once. Which is really all you need to do to break the game, because they sell the HP/MP/magic up skill scrolls there, so everyone can get all three levels of the skills. Plus the area attack, continuation attack, counter, and Meteo/Grow Healing spells. They even sell single skill point scrolls, to master anything they don't sell. Also the dungeon is full of chests with the best equipment in the game and level 75 monsters that die in one hit, so you can totally level up each fight. Stepped on the final boss after I got out.

Xillia ~ Well, we fought a cave worm thing at the end of the cave, and Milla got better. Leia's easier to use now too. AND WE GOT A NEW BATTLE THEME F YEAH. Except we got stuck in a boar fight. Won't be continuing until the middle of January at least.

Persona 3 FES ~ Continuing my max social link hard mode file, in the middle of October currently. Things are going well. That stupid table was a jerk at first but I managed to kill it after finding something with the attack debuff. And buying those HP accessories.

Ar Tonelico 2 ~ Yeah. Escaping from the resort thing in the beginning of the game. Gonna play more after finals.

I also started P4, but won't be playing it for reals until I beat FES. Plus Growlanser II as soon as finals are done.

I have another disc with Windows 7 installed, I think I'm gonna try Bastion there.

Been playing Dark Souls PvP lately. Lightning Zweihander+4 kills most invaders in 3 or 4 attacks. Dat stunlock.

AT2 ~ In the IPD labs place thing. Getting slightly better at guarding, though random tiny PS2 slowdowns tend to throw me off.

SM3DL ~ Working on completing every level with both bros and gold flag. A few regular stages left for Luigi, and most of the secret worlds left with Mario.

Gungnir ~ On scene 9 I think. 8 was a bitch, but that stupid Victarion fort place is always a bitch. Battles go by much quicker now that I'm playing at real speed, plus music. I like Vanerys.

Corpse Party ~ Finished chapter 1 last night, probably doing a chapter a day. Reminds me of something, but I can't remember what...

Haven't P3'd since finals, but I was near the end of October. Had most of the available Tartarus finished at least. Gonna be MK7ing in a few days hopefully.

Got the Ico/Shadow of the Colossus bundle in the mail today. Hopefully going to start on that soon but I'd like to show my mom and brother SotC at least, so I want to wait until they're both available before starting that.

Playing AC: Revelations again. Getting increasingly fond of Den Defenses—I think I completed 8 by the middle of Sequence 3 (or was it 4?). Also, I've finally figured out the secret to killing siege engines quickly without spamming cannon fire.

I've decided to actually finish DFF012's story this break. And maybe get some of PSP2's story done. But first I've got to tinker with Gods Eater Burst's Bullet making shenanigans.

...Then maybe some Fate/Extra
...or Trails in the Sky.

Mario Kart 7 ~ Managed to get two stars, only eight GPs left until three. Then I'll sit on wifi and explode constantly.

BBSFM ~ Terra's story, in Radiant Garden. Starting on Proud mode may have been a bad idea, but I think I'm getting the hang of things now. The command board cheats.

I beat CP/Gungnir/SM3DL, and haven't really been playing anything else. Gungnir was crazy, but I got the A end and started a NG+, at scene 8 already. Sort of working on getting any items I don't have, but a lot of them have crazy requirements and probably aren't really worth it. ALSO PROBABLY WON"T PLAY MORE SOON SINCE BBS IS SO BIG.

Shadow of the Colossus - Beat this last week. Despite the repetitive gameplay, I really enjoyed it. It's a very uneventful game between colossus battles, but there's a sense of mystery and discovery about it that I like (probably because of the minimal instruction). Plus there are collectibles.

Ico - Got stuck and gave up less than an hour in. I was trying to light a fire but the problem is there is no button for the action "light stick on fire." I'm not liking this as much as SotC because it seems like it's trying too hard to be a sandbox-esque kind of escort mission within a limited system. What happens instead is an unspoken "Look around! Explore! Be creative!" but with a complete lack of instruction which results in me getting entirely too frustrated to even try.

I got my brother Skyward Sword for Christmas so I may start playing that sometime while he's at school. Also would like to revisit P3 or P4 in between my Borderlands binges.

Welp I accidentally saved over my BBS Terra file which had everything done; now I need to find the rest of the ingredients, finish 7 command boards and get 8 more missing commands. ;_;

Going to finish DFF012's original story sometime this week then maybe get the next chapter/episode done in PSPo2.
