But anyway. What's wrong, aero?

Just got back from the internship thing at the Nephrologist today. Hardest part was trying to read the doctor's handwriting and match it to medications in the database. TIL there are multiple ways to administer Demerol.

And lots of morphine.

I'm VP elect for one of the organizations on campus, and I've been trying to plan ahead for events next year, but nothing has been going the way I want it so far.

Trying not to let it get to my head, otherwise I'll go insane...or even more so then I am now ugh

Oh, that's a bummer. :( Well if you're the VP, then isn't there a President position? If so, is he/she helping you at all? Maybe if you got more people to work with you on your ideas then they would turn out more like you envisioned them, but I dunno... maybe that's not the problem. Well, as unhelpful as I am with just my silly suggestions, I hope things start working out for you.

Been having a blast in this online character design class that I've enrolled in. We're five weeks in and I can see the improvement in my drawings every day. I'm revisiting some old designs from a couple years ago and fixing them up with my new style.

Nah, it's not cause I'm not getting the help, it's just those unforeseeable things that pop up that you don't think will happen and the only way that I could have avoided it if I was able to time leap or send a text to the past (yes I've been watching Steins; Gate hahaha)

And I appreciate the (any) advice Hayate, so you're not being unhelpful or anything. Thanks!

Woo, got a new computer. It had some issues out of the box but I think I got rid of them (a few BSODs even).

EDIT: Nope it fucked up and won't boot up. Lovely. Also ASUS support is dumb.

EDIT 2: Found the problem, its the motherboard. DIMM_A1 and DIMM_A2 slots, if RAM is in it, the system won't run. If its in DIMM_B2 and DIMM_B1, it will run. They effectively halved my fucking RAM.

I've had my shares of RAM-related problems. You'd want to make sure it's not actually the RAM stick's problem though, as it was the case with mine. Check out Memtest86; it's a free diagnosis tool.

Also, belated happy birthday.

oh god oh god oh god

Roger Waters is coming to Argentina again, and I'm not going to miss it this time.
I was saving money to buy a new PC, but I'm going to burn my money in the most expensive ticket I can buy for this.

Oh, its definitely not the sticks, I tested all of them in the slots in arbitrary order and the computer booted only if they were put into the B1-B2 slots. I'm not sure why. I did read up something about dual memory or something regarding A1 and A2 stuff, but it also says they should all be the same type for it to work, and i've checked them and they are, so..

Had a friend come by who surprisingly enough is not a fireworks guy. I took a walk around the block anyway though, there were a couple groups shooting them off.

Missed the fireworks display because I was in the theater watching Cars 2. It was as bad as I feared it would be.

But anyway, I had cake for my brother's birthday and all is good. Happy Independence Day LCN!

I'm a little sad because Independence Day only served to remind me that I'm still in school.
