Crosspost. QUOTE Progress was been being made.
Kitten: -1967 sound effects converted to wav, in need of identification -135 BGM tracks converted to wav, in need of identification
XYZ: -54 BGM tracks (x2) converted to wav, in need of identification -165 voice clips (all from battle, I believe) converted to wav, in need of identification (I'll soon have more, as I've identified another file format housing voice clips)
YUPSP: -1868 battle voice clips (and maybe SFX) converted to wav, in need of identification -419 English and 418 Japanese cutscene voice clips converted to wav, in need of identification
Of course, these will only be identified if people actually want them ordered/on the site/whatever, but if you want to take on the identification of something, let me know and I'll provide the archive.

So I went to get another PS3 game today. I asked where my folks got Trinity Universe and they mentioned Gamestop, so I went over there. Also asked Sara about some suggestions, and mentioned Cross Edge, MGS4, and she has played Atelier Rorona so I thought that might be a good pick, so I left with those in mind. I looked through the lineup top to bottom and I wasn't sure of two or three of them, I didn't know which one to pick. So I do what I sometimes do at some gaming venues: I check for obscure games. I tend to do that because hell, if they have it, I may go there more and see what they got. So I went to the PSP section, they had Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology. Thought that was cool. Went to the PS2 section, and holy fuck I made a pile of games that I wanted, I haven't done that in a while. Went and got Tales of the Abyss, Ar Tonelico II (Don't give a shit about the bug or the voices, I want the physical copy) and Persona 4. They also had Disgaea II, but I decided against it because, despite how rare it is, it didn't perk my interests as much as the other games I pulled. I'll probably shop at Gamestop more now, hell I was begging Hastings for fuck who knows how long to sell me their rental of Tales of the Abyss, and they said it takes a long time for it to be put up for sale. Fuck them now.

QUOTE(Noir @ Jan 5 2011, 08:52 PM) Anyway, nice job with Persona 4. Thanks, it was a good find in my opinion. QUOTE Don't know how good Ar Tonelico 2 is Its good, but there's issues with the coding, they didn't do enough testing and there's tons of bugs. Aside from that its a really good game. I was playing the "fixed" version on the computer, but I wanted a physical copy. QUOTE and everyone I know here who plays Tales games hates Abyss. Love/Hate relationship. I liked it. Luke was annoying as fuck though. He was either a dipshit or emo.
