I'm pretty sure my county is doing it on the 30th as well, so I spent my entire day at a university as part of my marching band season. We had pretty much an all-day competition there - we placed eighth in pre-lims (top 12 out of 19 were chosen to go to finals) and we played eighth in finals.

Some of the bands were really good ;_;

Also, I seem to have lost my voice.

OK, so I spend 10+ hours yesterday killing my muscles for someone, and so naturally they're too damned sore to be of any use today. I get a call at 8 AM today to do some more. I say I can't, and I get a bunch of attitude in return. There's seriously nothing left that needs my help. What an asshole.

Haha fun Halloween? Not for me, either.

I've spent the last week being sick and in pain because of a perforated appendix. I'm in the hospital now and I'm so upset because I've never missed a Halloween before in my life. I was supposed to dress as Soren to go with my friend's Ike but here I am fighting multiple appendix-induced infections. I've decided my costume will consist of only a hospital gown and Soren's mark on my forehead.

That being said, happy Halloween, guys.
