I fucking hate our judicial system when it comes to minors.
Two 13 year old adolescents invade the house of an 83 year old woman. They spray perfume into her eyes, force her to drink half a bottle of schnapps (and after she refuses they shove it into her teeth ), spray razor foam into her mouth, kick her while she's down on the ground, urinated on her, etc., for fucking hours The best thing? THEY CANNOT BE SUED FOR IT BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT ADULTS YET No prison, nothing. At least one is in a psychiatric clinic for the time being, but they can't keep him there for long. If I was in charge here they'd have been lashed until their backs rivalled the Ayers Rock in crimson colour and number of fissures before they'd have been locked up until they're at least 30. It is pretty bullshit. The "they don't know better" mentality should lose it's credibility when someone gets to be over 8 years old. ..that reminds me of how shitty divorce laws are. If a man yells at his wife, he's abusive and has to pay her extra. If a woman stabs or cheats on her husband, there will be little or no changes to how the divorce turns out (I kid you not, it's happened). Basically any man who gets a divorce will be financially fucked the rest of his life no matter how terrible a person his ex-wife was. |
