I made the mistake of not eating anything before I had about 9 shots of Jose.

It has little to do with what you eat; eating more just slows down your decline into inebriation. It's about how much ASIDE from alcohol you drink. Alcohol is a diuretic, meaning it makes you urinate. If you drink too much and fail to offset it with water or another liquid, you get dehydrated, which is what causes hangovers. For every shot or mixed drink or beer you have, chug some water and not only should you last longer than your compeers, but you should wake up feeling significantly better.
For the record, I've never had a hangover.

I'll keep this in mind if I ever decide to go drinking.

Did you enjoy what you did that resulted in the use of time?

No. Hell, all I did was... Nothing! I chatted around a bit of meaningless things, did some work for the politics game which took up much more time for what little I actually got done than it should have and watched a few videos on Nico Nico Douga! How the hell can I suffocate an entire 3 hours that way! And neither did I do much more after waking up from my nap either, so it's 6 hours! And I can't even take a photo of the moon despite my new camera because it still doesn't work. :(

(8000th post, neat.) I wish, it would at least have been SOMETHING

Man, I thought I would have gotten over this crap mentality already. I blame this on the vacations ending soon and me panicking over making the most out of the few remaining days.

No PPA, you did something. If you enjoyed it, then it was not wasting time. If you didn't, then find better things to do . God damn.

Well the thing is that A) it wasn't productive, B) I didn't even enjoy it, and C) there would have been many, many better things I could have done instead but somehow didn't get around to.

Also I got a hold of myself again at least; my apologise for this new display of mental instability which I had actually hoped I would have left behind with the last year.

Re: Sara and Elnendil versus Mr. Silent

No offence, but to me it seems like you're making this a little too easy for yourself. Most of your posts sound as though you're denouncing that person of not talking to you while feeling personally offended by the situation.

Something is wrong. I'm not saying he's a dickhole.

QUOTE
I know how irritating/hurtful it can be to be on the receiving end of such a treatment, but that's no reason to act towards him with such disrespect. That person is not obliged to talk to you - you have no right to be this demanding, acting like it was your right to insist on them speaking to you.

I'm unsure if you grasp the situation. They are completely able to reply to anything. Sara is more of a friend to this person than he is to me, and yet he is ignoring her, but talking to me. Is this directed to Sara, and if so, why? That means there might be a problem occuring that he's keeping to himself, when it doesn't have to be that way.

QUOTE
I don't know what your relationship to that person is, if he's a friend of yours or just a loose acquaintance you happen to know from that RP group, but if it's the former you should at least have some more trust in him, that he's got good reasons for acting like that. And even if the latter is the case, you should still try consider his side and think about what might make him want to avoid you instead of being all full of yourself and acting like he's the bad guy.

This person is a pretty good guy. Suddenly ignoring us isn't exactly a good thing. It reminds me of a friend Sara and I used to have that I met, and we got along really well. Suddenly, she dissapeared, and refused to speak with us. No reason. We did jack squat. I'd rather not let that happen again. It may not be that serious, but it is definitely odd, odd enough to consider that it isn't for a "good" or positive or amazingly spectacular reason. We've had him and some others talking to someone else and we say hi, so their "message" goes to us, so we know they're talking. They delete it and never speak to us. Yeah, great reason.

QUOTE
I admit that it's wrong of him to not at least explain it to you, but then it should be you being considerate and actually trying to resolve the conflict. And with the intent to make it better for both sides involved, not just to claim what you think you deserve.

I think we've been considerate enough, seeing as we haven't tried to corner him and force him to talk. We are merely scouting, and asking friends if something is amiss. No real luck.

QUOTE
Although if you don't even like each other and the person is just responsible for the organisation of your RPs and actually is obliged to talk to everyone it concerns, never mind this post.

He is a friend.

My fault. The posts of you two sounded a bit like you really were saying that.

I do grasp the situation as I imagined it exactly as you described. But again, you two made it sound as though you're being angry at him for ignoring Sara, which I consider to be the wrong reaction.

I never said that it was a "good" reason. If there is a reason, like him being annoyed by Sara or something like that, then it is of course a bad one that should not be merely accepted but attempted to be somehow resolved. But it also means that just being offended is an inappropriate reaction. Neither did I say that you shouldn't do anything. What I said was however that you mustn't approach it as though you're defending your rights when you should be seeking a solution for both parties. Apparently this is actually the case, but any other of your posts thus far made it seem like it was not.

QUOTE

I think Sara should corner him and force him to talk, since apparently only she is the subject at hand and it's the only way to find a solution. But ganging up on him in a group might pressure him too much to the point of it being taken as an offence, not to mention it might be something he might not share with anyone but the ones it actually concerns.

QUOTE
He is a friend.

I see.
