...Uh, thought I'd better point out that the translation of the 4koma with Yggdra and Nietzsche isn't very correct. The lines aren't accurate to what the characters are saying, Yggdra's handwritten line hasn't been translated at all, and the last panel is completely mistranslated. D: The characters' individual speech patterns are ignored, too.
Yggdra's ignored line: It's a little risqué, though... And the lines in the last panel are: Cruz: This is awful! The Princess is charging Crusade to use on Nietzsche! Durant: What the devil are you doing, Prince~ss?! *Crusade is called Jihad in the original text, but if this is being translated anyway, the English name might be better to use. This part is only my preference, though. I'm part of a different team working to add English text to the 4koma and short stories, but you guys seriously hurt Krile's feelings when you all insulted the scans she was kind enough to share with everyone. Since she's the scanner for this group and has specifically asked me not to make them public here, I won't. But someone on the scanlation team doing the stuff posted here, please fix it. D: Isn't it better for the fans to have an accurate, non-Engrishy translation? ...that is all. Going back to ignoring the forum now. ._.;; You all probably don't want me around here anyway, but I figured I'd better point this out before someone else gets angry about it. :/ ~~~ |
