People who are actually making decent suggestions continue until we come up with something perfect.
If a mod picks his/her favourites, then it's not democracy, even if the people are voting on those favourites (how hard would it be for a mod to pick a favourite and then a bunch of crappy suggestions like LacrimaCastleNet.com?)

That's just your opinion.

I suppose your way will work... how many suggestions do you think you're going to be getting?

If the mod acted in good faith...

You could pick all the suggestions and use a round system as in GameFAQs character battle. You would seed them by random numbers.
