I always found it weird that no one in the game had a Lvl. 3 overdrive skill.

I don't think she's a Harpy. Harpies in Riviera don't look that human. Take a look at the Harpy inside the town for instance. (I keep thinking her name is like Harpunia or something. Maybe I should play less EO2...)
Plus the horns... Hard to say "what" she is exactly. But probably not a Sprite, or if she is, a very specific subspecies. ~~~  |
