Believe me, there are many more things to whine about than just that.

Sonic and the Secret Rings - I saw this in a Dutch shop for 20€ and picked it up. WHat a mistake. THIS GAME IS THE WORST FUCKING SONIC GAME EVER! Yes, even worse than G-Sonic, Shuffle, and Rush. YET I AM STILL TRYING TO BEAT IT JUST WHY SOMEONE HELP ME

BAAAAW
Seriously, it DOES get better. If you're not the patient type, then screw the whole thing.

I already have it for a few days now and already beat Pirate Storm. It progressively got WORSE thus far. The music is throughoutly awful, with the only exception so far being Levitated Ruin. And unless there's an upgrade available that stops the utterly retarded constant forward-running and/or enables me to just use a freaking GC controller I doubt much's gonna change.

It didn't say it got better by advancing the story. What I should have said is that it gets better as you acquire high-end skills like Homing Recovery, Warp Dash, Hyper Speed-Up, etc. Only recently did I get those skills, and they really make a difference. I'm actually getting gold medals now, and through that, EVEN MORE skills.

That constant forward running is part of the challenge. You missed some rings at got to the goal in a collect rings mission and failed? GET BETTER. You hit a fire geyser in a perfect challenge because of the forward running? lrn2steer. You got a pearl in a No Pearl? Turn of your damn pearl collector, they're not hard at all to dodge.

Using a GC controller would make the game to easy. If you want to use it that badly, do it in Party mode, provided you have a friend willing to be player 1.

And for the record, the last two worlds> every other world.

Call it a challenge, for me it's simply a stupid idea. I've got nothing against constantly going forward in games like Kirby Air Ride (<3) or Sonic Riders (</ /3)), but not i a freaking PLATFORMER.
That, and why the fuck would I want upgrades that mek me go EVEN FASTER? That'd make the game even harder to control!
The mission thing is retarded as well. Nothing against adding replay value by putting those missions in a challenge mode of some sorts (like in SA2 for example), but making them nessecary to advance in the main game? The fuck. I don't need missions anyway! S06 doesn't have any (for the action stages at least), and yet I played those levels a lot simply for getting S-ranks or generally just for the sake of it.

Jesus Christ.

We know Sonic isn't supposed to be solely about speed, but for someone who likes to speedrun Sonic games, you're making very very little sense.

I only like to speedrun (Sonic) games I like. And, I only like the speed of speedrunning if I have to achieve it manually, by finding the fastest routes, exploiting the speedcap, doing perfectly timed jumps etc. Not by some upgrades (or taking Sonic Rush as example, the level design) blowing the speed up my ass with few to none of my actual doing.

Ephemeral Fantasia was a game that came out relatively early in the PS2's lifespan I thought, so I don't think they had completely gotten used to how the graphics worked yet on the particular system.

Xenosaga vol1. - Both leveling all my friend's characters before Tiamat, and playing my own file I just started not too long ago. Gnosis haven't attcked yet.

KHII - looking for last treasure in Twillight town. Then level to 100 then maybe take on Sephiroth, and finish the colloseums.

Star Ocean III: Till the End of Time - Leveling mainly Albel, Maria, and Sophia. Adray is just extra and Nel is less useful than she was at the beginning of the game; Cliff and Fayt are my main 2 characters now, since Cliff's Aerial Assualt is an almost 1 hit kill on non-executor enemies; Fayt just has Dimension Door and Air Raid.

FFTA2 - YES YES YES I GOT IT! I find it a bit funny that Luso has to find 'Mr. Randall' at the library, but i guess everyone who's played it has already noticed that.

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters - I can't believe I'm playing this again.
Riviera still
SSBB - It's starting to get REALLY boring, but the badass soundtrack keeps me from not playing it.
FF Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon - Getting harder and harder by the moment.

RiviPSP - Lacrima Castle, back on the bridge after being in 2-9 (the secret dungeon). I still love this game no matter what platform it's on and no matter how many times I've played it already. <3
CRUSH - First beahc level. This game is surprisingly awesome, with surreal graphics, eerie music, witty dialogues and of course very clever and tricky gameplay.
Sonic and the Secret Rings - Ok, Night Palace is awesome (both the music and the graphics). The game's still horrible though.

Waiting for Vesperia to finally come out.

Operation Darkness: (360) 12th mission. Oh my goodness is the rocket class cheap :(

It does 4300+ damage a pop to about 12 people.

In just beat Secret Rings with all 7 World Rings. The final battle was kinda cool, though my hands hurt from all the waggling. The ending theme was nice; Fumie Kumatani really is an awesome componist.

Secret Rings was ok. But I'd still perfer the first Sonic Adventure though. That one was good.

Albatross18 - golf MMO. It's not too bad, you can actually gain money pretty easily and it's fun; it offers online play, playing with up to 4 people on the same computer (called family mode; however, unless you've bought the other classes/characters you'll only be able to use the default character).

I caved and got Crisis Core in English. The dub makes me lol, even when they're supposed to be all serious. (Although it feels like Zack's VA didn't quite get the gist right when talking back to Tseng during Air Strike...) Currently on Chapter 5 -- only lv. 18, and leveling slow as molasses. Damn it, DMW...

Digital Devil Saga 2- I'm at the EGG installation, trying to get Security Card 4

Persona 3 FES The Journey- Just defeated the boss blocking my way to Block 2, finished midterms already.

For some reason I haven't been really into online FPS...
