In Melee my mains were Roy and Bowser.

Looking at the new line up for Brawl: I'd say Ike, Bowser, and maybe Snake.

Brawl's epic level just got higher because you can use Together we Ride! and Unstoppable Destiny as background songs in the Fire Emblem levels. Together we Ride! is totally my favorite in FE7 and Unstoppable Destiny is just... Awesome.
