If Riviera can be released here unaltered, there's a chance that this game can also come unaltered. Assuming it gets a stealth release, that is.

So you'd consider one whole game to be promoting pedophilia just because of one or two optional nude scenes with a naked kid?

You seem to somehow be relating bath scenes and touching children to be on the same level.

Hint - It's not.
Also, the bath scenes are not a major part of the game, they are not what the game is about. The whole idea of the game is not let's stare at pretty naked chicks!

You're very black and white on what you consider ESRB rating significance, it doesn't work that way. I also don't see the importance of why this game should come out in the US. Is there a market for it? Is it sellable? The NDS is a kid friendly system, I don't really see it happening.

This conversation's going nowhere. Grgspunk or whatever you wish to be called, you've made your point - You want the came to come to the states as it is. Can we finally stop talking about this?

Well the reason why its being released in Japan and not here is because of culutural differences. Japanes could careless about this stuff because well its very common. As for America this is very rare.

However the same could also be said about violent games. Games like Dead to Rights and Resident Evil 4 are rated Z in Japan, which is AO or adults only for us. As for us its rated T much like this game (well sorta acutally C is supposed to 16+ but we get the idea).

So mainly it applies to cultural differences and taboos that applies to each place. Another way to think about is this. Violence America vs. Adultery Japan. Your call.

As for the Europeans "Ninja" was replaced with "Hero" in the Teenage Mutant Ninja.

Wow that didn't take long at all for everything to get ripped off the game did it?

Its about four days now since its released, in Japan, I believe. If I remember correctly, it was released on July 5. Or was it July 3rd. Well its near July 4th.
