Sometimes anime art makes people confuse males with females and vice versa. You should know by now it's common in this style and Feral is still a learning artist. (that, and YU's art isn't much better to judge.)

And for Rosary I think if you made her eyebrow thinner, she'll probably look more feminine. :3 Just a random thought in my head. xD

I like the Rosary, Roswell, and Yggdra one. Even if it is technically impossible for all three of those to be together smiling... xD And I think the problem you noticed with Rosary's hat is I think it's more at a angle or something. But I'll admit, her hat DOES look like a pain to draw, with all that lace...
